Awaken is a 20-week nervous system healing journey for women inspired by the wisdom of the heart. Rooted in Meghan’s signature method—Somatic Yoga Therapy—the course draws from her foundation in Radiant Body Yoga, Somatic Experiencing®, Internal Family Systems (IFS), over a decade of study in the timeless traditions of yoga, and 16 years of experience as a social worker in the mental health field.

Meghan offers a body-centered alternative to traditional talk therapy—guiding you to use the body as a powerful ally in healing. Her classes integrate mindful movement, longer postural holds, expanded breathwork, and intentional sequencing to build inner heat and activate the body’s electromagnetic field.

Developed by Meghan, this approach is the culmination of over 16 years of nervous system study and more than a decade immersed in the ancient teachings of yoga and somatic healing. Drawing from Radiant Body Yoga, Somatic Experiencing, and trauma-informed therapeutics, it honors both the physical and energetic body as essential to lasting transformation.

At the heart of this work is learning how to live in your body again. Meghan teaches you how to regulate your inner world so that you're no longer driven by unconscious patterns or overwhelmed by emotion. By integrating timeless yogic practices with Internal Family Systems (IFS), also known as parts work, she helps you build a compassionate relationship with the parts of yourself that may have become stuck, under-resourced, or frozen in time—often originating in childhood.

Weeks 1–4: Grounding & Stabilizing the Nervous System

Your journey begins by creating safety in the body and establishing a foundation for healing. In these first four weeks, we focus on grounding your energy, regulating your nervous system, and reconnecting with your breath and body. Through accessible yoga practices, breathwork, and somatic tools, you’ll begin to soften chronic tension, reduce overwhelm, and feel a growing sense of presence. This phase lays the groundwork for deep transformation by helping your system shift out of survival mode and into a state of calm, steady awareness. As your body begins to trust safety again, you’ll notice more clarity, emotional steadiness, and resilience from within.

Weeks 5–8: Reclaiming Personal Power

In this phase, we turn toward the solar plexus—your center of willpower, confidence, and self-worth. Here, we begin to release the unconscious fear, shame, guilt, and stored trauma that block you from fully standing in your truth. Through targeted somatic yoga postures, kriya, breathwork, and meditation focused on the navel center, we awaken the fire within and clear old programming that keeps you small or stuck. This is about remembering your strength—not as force, but as aligned, embodied power. As your solar plexus activates, you’ll begin to feel a deeper connection to your authentic self, grounded in clarity, courage, and inner direction.

Weeks 9–12: Healing the Heart

Once the body feels safe and empowered, we move into the heart space. This is the tender, transformative center where emotional release and deeper healing take place. We work with heart-opening practices from Radiant Body Yoga and somatic kriyas to gently access and dissolve old emotional wounds—often carried from childhood or past relationships.

You’ll learn how to create heart coherence, the synchronization of your emotional, physical, and energetic systems. When the heart and brain are in harmony, the nervous system naturally shifts into balance. These weeks are a powerful invitation into vulnerability, compassion, and connection—first with yourself, then with others. As you soften the protective layers around your heart, you’ll find more space for self-love, forgiveness, joy, and emotional freedom.

Weeks 13–16: Living a Heart-Centered Life

With your heart open and your nervous system more regulated, we now explore how to live from this place of truth. This phase is about integration—stabilizing your emotional energy and reconnecting with your soul’s purpose. Through continued practice, ritual, and self-inquiry, you’ll clarify what it means to live consciously, with intention and curiosity, rooted in the wisdom of the heart.

Together, we’ll explore questions like:
Who are you beyond your survival patterns?
What wants to emerge when you're no longer led by fear or anxiety?

You’ll learn to navigate life’s challenges from a centered place, build emotional intelligence, and strengthen your capacity to remain grounded even when things feel uncertain. This phase offers you the tools to sustain your growth long after the course ends.

Weeks 17–20: Self-Mastery & Soul-Aligned Living

In our final chapter, we enter the realm of self-mastery—the embodiment of everything you’ve healed, remembered, and reclaimed. Here, we draw from the sacred wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras to deepen your understanding of aligned action, purpose, and spiritual integrity.

You’ll explore themes like non-attachment, right action, dharma (soul purpose), and inner freedom—not as abstract concepts, but as living truths anchored in your body. With the support of breathwork, meditation, and somatic practices, you’ll integrate what it means to live from your highest self—not from fear or reactivity, but from trust, devotion, and deep inner knowing.

By the end of this phase, you’ll embody a new way of being:
